soy una chica española estudiante de enfermeria de 18 años que vive en Madrid y necesito mejorar mi inglés ya que el nivel en mi universidad es muy alto, por favor ayudarme!

I saw it para decir "ya" tienes que decir "I already saw it"

I have tienes que poner el participio pasivo, y en este caso es put, igual que en el presente, así que lo pusiste bien. Si lo piensas es igual que en español: He comido(participio) - I have eaten(participio) put you in my messenger friend list ¿?, if you want I can help you whithwith [the] Spanish too because I think my english is not very bad XD
Some corrections above.

Tu inglés es muy bueno, bienvenida al foro y cualquier cosa que necesites no dudes en avisar. Por cierto, ¡cuidado con tu español!
Y por lo que veo en facebook se confirma la ya conocida teoría que dice que la mayoría de las enfermeras (en tu caso aspirante) son mujeres muy lindas
