Hi,
My name is Lily. I am a Mexico born Mexican raised in the USA. ( Oklahoma )
I can speak and understand Spanish at about beginner to intermediate level but I am wanting to learn more in conversation. I also am wanting to learn to read and write Spanish. I just don't know where to start. Basic is too basic and intermediate is hard for me to understand. I feel lost.

Conversation is learned by conversing. I suppose you have family that speaks Spanish natively. I'd do my best to strike up conversation with them, if I were you.

Thank you Rusty but all my family lives in California area and I am in Oklahoma. We chat on Facebook, and that helps with the spelling, but for understanding I sometimes have to cheat and go to google translate. I watch Novelas and that has helped quite a bit. I think I just get frustrated with myself and want to know now. LOL You know, that microwave mentality. Thank you again!

Thank you for the warm welcomes. I hope to spend lots of time here soon. It's getting closer to the end of the school year for my kids and it seems the closer it gets to the end, the busier we are.

George, what part of Mexico are you from? I was born in Tijuana.
