¡Hola hispanohablantes!
Me llamo Brett y soy inglés. Estoy aprendiendo a hablar español en clases nocturnas y estoy en mi séptima semana. Trato de escribir tanto como sea posible luego usar Google Translate para llenar los espacios en blanco. ¡Hispanoparlantes hablan muy rápido! Espero ser capaz de hablar y escuchar con fluidez un día.

De todos modos, no es que ellos los hispanosparlantes hablan tan rápido es que tú entiendes lento.
Es broma, pero es cierto. Además los hispanohablantes piensan que nosotros hablamos ingles muy rápido.
¿Estoy escribiendo demasiado rápido, o puedes entender bien lo que te
digo?

Spanish uses many more syllables than English. You have to move your mouth more just to say simple things.

My neice - barcelonesa, is learning English, she says the English speak as quickly as machine guns!

Muy divertido, pero cierto poli. Es otra manera de ver las cosas y
explica muchas cosas. Es bueno saberlo.

Por ejemplo:

Mañana yo voy a ir a la playa, así que necesito mi toalla de la playa.
25 sílabas

Tomorrow I will go to the beach, so I need my beach towel.
15 silabas por decir la misma cosa en ingles.
