Need help with this phrase

Mi nombre es Charles Thomas. I am in a Spanish congregation and I need to know how to say the following phrase correctly in panish "I have a concern that I would like to share with you" Is this correct? "Tengo una preocupación que me gustaría compartir con ustedes."

Hello I bid you welcome to these forums, I hope your stay in the forums will be enjoyable.

Now I have checked out it your question and I didn't see any mistake in about your question.
Then I'm not telling you that you are quite well in the phrase, because I would need some person native speaker from America, for they clarify our question for both.

Then I have a concern that I would like to share with you.

I guess you are well in the translation into the English.

Sincerely yours.

Hola Chales Thomas. (Welcome to the forums!)
Your Spanish phrase seems correct and understandable to me.

"Tengo una preocupación que me gustaría compartir con ustedes."
You could also say,
"Hay algo que me preocupa que me gustaría compartir con ustedes."
(There is something that concerns me [worries me] that I'd like to share with you)
