La construcción con pretérito perfecto (haber en imperfecto + participio) exigue su complementación con el condicional simple.

I agree with Julvenzor, unless you mean that you assume you actually did it, but you don't remember having done it, in which case:

Debimos haberlo hecho, si es obligatorio, pero me he olvidado por completo.
