¿Qué?

I watched something on tv. She said something like "si que ibli" but I can't quite figure out out. She said it with excitement and suprise.

Edit: This was a commercial for direct tv or dish network. Could have been "ible"

Couldn't it be "¡in-cre-íble!"? That's a way to pronounce it, syllable by syllable -or almost- that may be disorienting to English speakers.

No at all I'm suggesting that you can't understand spoken Spanish, but at least to me it happens frequently that I rewind a tape and hear it again and my brain insist in render other words. And I can't think of any other valid Spanish phrase that sounds like that.

I think that's it. Thank you, this had been bothering me for a year.

Pretty sure it's increíble. Just makes more sense. My ears aren't quite tuned in to the Spanish language. Like in another thread I mentioned I looked over and over for the word delfuego when in fact it was del fuego.
