Can you look for mistakes in my practice paragraph?
Cuando tenía diecisiete años, fui a Boston, en los Estados Unidos. Fue el viaje más largo que ya he hecho en mi vida. Además, era/fue la primera vez que viaje por avión sola. Gané una beca para un curso de escritura creativa en Boston. Me gusté mucho el viaje. Encontré a muchos escritores y bailarines interesantes. También visité muchos lugares en Nueva Inglaterra.
