Help with another text :)

Hola

No me sorprende en absoluto que no te guste tu nuevo vecino. A mí también me parece un tipo desagradable. ¿Cuál es su profesión?

Y vosotros, ¿Os gusta sus vecinos?- ¿Por qué no? Sí, nos gustan mucho, pero no los entendemos siempre ni ellos entienden a nosotros.

Is the text correct?

I've marked a couple of things that need your attention.

Thanks. The thing is that "por qué no" should be there, because the text I translated it from it says "Why not, yes we like them"

Is this good like that ? :

The question 'Why not', in the English version, should have ended in a question mark and there should be a comma after 'yes'.

You're translation of the question is fine, but a very common response would be '¿Cómo no?'.

You didn't correct 'sus'.

Yes. (You dropped the correct verb ending by accident.)

Sorry, I edited the post after posting... so is it "os gusta vuestros vecinos"?
and not "gustan", yes?

Because "gustar" doesnt change in this case, is it correct? "me gusta, te gusta, nos gusta, os gusta, les gusta, etc.." By the way, what about "usted" and "ustedes" would it be le gusta for usted and les gusta for ustedes?

No, the ending of the verb should agree with the subject (vecinos).

The indirect object pronoun should agree with the indirect object it takes the place of.

Me gusta el vecino. = I like the neighbor.
(literally: the neighbor is pleasing to me.)

Me gustan los vecinos. = I like the neighbors.
(literally: the neighbors are pleasing to me.)

¿Te gusta el chocolate? = Do you like chocolate?
(literally: Is chocolate pleasing to you?)
