Pelar
According to my dictionary it means to peel or to cut hair
Ella vive la fiesta con él ya no me pela. Could it mean like she doesn't give him any attention anymore? Like hacer caso or something.

Ese significado para "pelar" suena rarísimo en España. Habrá de ser un regionalismo.

Of course it is a regionalism.
The proper meanings are to peel and to cut hair. The usage you are seeing is like Poli tells you. To pay attention, or not. In Chile, we also use it as when someone is talking about somebody else. That somebody else is being "pelada" and the people doing the talk are "pelando"

It's Mexican slang.
Pelar a alguien = hacerle caso a alguien
