Is this correct with one of two 'que's?

Por ejemplo:

La duplicación de "que" es correcta; aunque suele evitarse en medios orales y todavía más en los escritos. Cabe destacar que solamente puede darse el caso cuando se produce la aparición simultánea del "que" conjuntivo y el "que" comparativo:

Es mejor tirarse uno mismo a la piscina que que te tiren sin esperarlo.
