Re-writing in Spanish

I’m looking for another way to express the sentence below in Spanish, using different words:
‘aportará el profesorado necesario’

My attempt:
‘contratarán a más profesores’

The sentence has been taken from the paragraph below:
“Por su parte, el Ministerio de Educación, Investigación y Juventud de Rumanía aportará el profesorado necesario y costeará su retribución económica. La institución se encargará también de proporcionar los libros de texto a los alumnos y el material didáctico a los profesores, así como facilitar la integración de los recién llegados en el sistema educativo catalán.”

Is my attempt correct? Is there another way this sentence can be re-written in Spanish?

Hmm... not necessarily "contratar".
"Aportará" means that Romania will provide the necessary teachers, but they might already be hired and working in their country.
Other verbs for "aportar" could be "proveer", "proporcionar", "facilitar"... (But you see they're used in the next sentences; there weren't many other options.

Some alternative constructions:

- ...pondrá a disposición el personal necesario
- ...contribuirá con los profesores que se necesiten
- ...colaborará con los docentes que sean necesarios
...
