Minority
Formerly I asked a question about minority, but I would like start a new thread. Could we use minority here?
-Cynthia is Japanese. In the US, she is only a member of a small group of people from Japan. Her experience of attempting to fit in, in the US, as a ___ is bad. The important point is, minority sounds like a group, but Cynthia, one single girl, cannot be a group. |
