I take it you mean introducing people?
In that case in a formal situation you would say: Formal situation: Permítame presentarle a....., Me gustaría presentarle a..., Le presento a.....

Yes, it would be what Ambarina said...I would probably use "le presento a". "I'd like you to meet" would be "te presento a".

The complete sentence is "Let me introduce you to an indian delicacy" |

Me gustaría darles a conocer un manjar / una delicia de la India.
