What in the world is she saying.....
no tiene nada de malo me preocuparé cuando digas "codos" =D aaah !! o sea como?? me dijiste fea !! =´(
it looks like it says.. it has nothing wrong. i will worry when you say nonstop. blah blah blah...to be how? you called me ugly?

there is nothing wrong. Im worried when you say (codos?? elbows??) Or its like?? you called me ugly ..

There is nothing wrong with it. I'll worry when you say "codos" (elbows-- you seem to have been talking about some body parts maybe?) Aaah! so what was that? You called me ugly/you said I'm ugly!!

I have doubt about this post.
The word codo I know about it as cheap or angle, and the word nonstop I know about it as no pares. I'm right or wrong. I appreciate your help.

"Hablar por los codos" means talking a lot, but I don't understand its connection with "ugly"

I don't see "cuando digas codos" related to "hablar por los codos"... Only Hola can know what the context was.
