Need Some Help Please

I appologize that I am using this site for such a sad situation but it is due to my own lack of discipline that I have not learned my mother's native language, which is Spanish.
We are going to be taking my mother off of life support today and I need to call my family in Spain and tell them what has happened. I know my family well there and have visited many times in the past, the last time mom and I visited was in June of last year. There has always been the language barrier and my mother has always been our translator.
I just don't know how to tell them she has passed away in a compassionate way. To try and translate this with google translate or the like will probably not come across compassionately. I do speak a little spanish but not enough to say what I have to say here. I have wonderful family in Spain and they understand I do not speak Spanish very well. I think if I get them on the phone and let them know I have written something I want to read, they will understand. I just want to say "that the doctors did everything they could but she passed away peacefully today" or something to that affect. Any help or advice would be so dearly appreciated. Please e-mail me with any help or advice at migx851999@gmail.com

Thanks,

Miguel

One suggestion:

Los médicos hicieron todo lo posible, pero ella falleció hoy en paz.

Siento muchísimo informar que Mamá falleció. Los doctores hicieron todo lo que pudieron. Estamos juntos en oración.
