Well, at this moment I'm studying for passing an exam, not for learning (life is hard!). I must write short definitions (or synonyms) for words. I have a long, long, long list of words and I don't know even half of them (and I have the exam at the end of this month!
). When I was writing for myself the definition of bully I couldn't remember it and "harass" has come to my mind, that's the reason because I've asked, since my mind has already made the relation.

Bullying may be more aggressive, I suppose. But it definitely has more of a sense of stemming from ignorance.
Harassment might be more "subtle", but can be quietly more frustrating, annoying, disruptive, and would seem to come from a more manipulative source....
