Help me to transfer MKV with Spanish?

Recently, I spare much time to learn Spanish. Now I download a multilingual video with MKV format. It’s nice and valuable to transfer it to my (MP4 format) iPad. But how and what video converter shall I choose to do such a matter?
PS: I just want to convert the Spanish track of this video in MKV.

search for a program called AnyAudio or something like that. It's free and will convert, practically from and to any audio format.

I have been using a free program call "Handbrake" to convert video to watch on my I-Phone. It works very well.

handbrake seems to work, but hasnot got good quality as i expect, and it can't directly convert the video to iPad.

hey, guys, a brilliant design.The MKV video contains English, Spanish, French and Japanese. handbrake failed three times. enough. I exactly did extract Spanish with [Removed Link]. my ipad likes it, too

You have o tried before the realjunkebox sosftware before. that software has a lot of features for recorder in severals ways to music from a CD or MP3, perhaps, it can help you in the recorder of the format files that you need for your proposes.
