-From 27 to 29 Jan, a recycling bag will be placed at the lift lobby on G/F of (the) Tower Block.
Is THE optional?

Thank you, but do you think my theory holds up?:
If there are two buildings each with their special names, like the Peter Building and the John Building, their identities are THE Tower Block and THE Lower Block. But if the Peter Building has no name at all, and then we give TOWER BLOCK as it name; can we just say TOWER BLOCK, without THE?
