What is the infinitive for this verb? The word is the first word in a footnote in an English-Spanish dictionary: "Nótese que..."

This is a pronominal verb. The reflexive pronoun 'se' is tacked on the end of the infinitive (and the imperative).

Let me know if you have other questions about how the reflexive pronoun is used.
