Online translators failed to do the job, so I'm seeking help here.

That text was either badly OCRed or typed from handwriting by someone who doesn't have a clue in Spanish.

Any idea if this is some badly translated poem?

No, it rather looks like it was tapped clumsily on a phone and the person didn't even check what they wrote.

For example, "siempo" should be "tiempo", or "soncero" should be "sincero".

Sorry, but it's too long for me to type it with the right spelling. ;(

Basically it's saying that they don't want to talk to the addressee anymore.

I have some doubts because the text is awful and far away from native, but try with this:

Gracias por este tiempo a mi lado, ya sea largo o corto fue realmente bonito y sobre todo sincero.

Espero poder encontrarte de nuevo más adelante cuando maduremos en muchos aspectos, como usted lo dijo; y así tal vez, pero sólo tal vez, pueda mostrarme como una persona externa(?) cuida de mi alma.
