La parte de/sobre
Hi everyone
Can "la parte de" and "la parte sobre" be used interchangeably to mean "the part about (such and such happening)"? Thanks

It doesn't feel like they can be used interchangeably, though I'll defer to native speakers, obviously.
la parte en que sucede x... la parte que trata sobre x... la parte que se trata de x... la parte sobre x... (not sure if this one sounds quite right)
