Girl = chica
Woman = mujer After mujer/chica you need a conjugated verb instead of an infinitive. The infinitive to take care of oneself is cuidarse. Conjugated, it is se cuida. Ocuparse de alguien means to take care of someone (who is sick). The English expression from head to toe is rendered de pies a cabeza in Spanish.
