From a News Program
The link below is 16 seconds of a news program from "USA 24 Hours News en Español." It says:
.......... segun muestra ABC news. Días después la estudiante cambió su postura y afirmó que el 90% de lo ocurrido no fue consensual y que ????? ??? ?????. La denunció a la policía del Campus que registró que entre ocho y diez hombres la violaron. I can't figure out what words are being said directly after: no fue consensual y que..... ????
