what´s the difference between these words?

Hi Lee Ying - working on your question - did you perhaps mean "bothered"? If all four words were adjectives, shades of meaning
could be made clear.

all these word must be used with get? I´m getting mad, I am getting angry, that´s right?

To get mad, get angry, get annoyed, get upset= ponerse enojado, enfado, molestado etc
To be mad, to be angry etc= estar enojado, molestado, etc
