I need to visa card for travels to Puerto Rico, if I'm from México country?

@Crotalito: El DHS es el Department of Homeland Security (algo como "Secretaría de la Seguridad Nacional"), que se encarga de las políticas migratorias, entre otros asuntos.
Para ir a Puerto Rico se requiere tener visa para Estados Unidos.

Yeah, because I need to handle the visa card, because I need to travel toward Puerto Rico the next year for issue works.

Therefore I'm interesting in the get that documentation the faster possible for the next year.
