A mantis is an insect. You know what an insect is, don't you? The mantis is a female, and yes, it laid eggs. But not the one my dad found. the other one that laid eggs had mated with a male.

My dad caught a mantis during a walk. ^^ It was big and green and it's a female. It's our 5th one... our other female, a brown and green one, laid some eggs recently. ^^

No, I don't like gym.
It's okay if you make mistakes. No one's perfect. Eventually you'll get better at English. lee ying is another one of my friends and he's not very good at English but he's learning.

Today we didn't have school, because it was In-Service Day, meaning all the teachers at my school have a meeting. Today is also Columbus Day ^_^
I really like school, but some days I don't because of gym. I am bad at gym (but I have a 97 in Gym...) and I don't like it. Also, the good thing about weekends is that you get to sleep in. You don't have to wake up so early. I have to wake up at 6:15 AM
I also like homework. Unlike most kids, I enjoy doing homework. However, sometimes I have so much I sleep quite late. Sometimes the homework is too hard.
¿Que tiempo hace? (is that how you say "What's the weather like?"?) What's the weather like in Mexico?
Here, where I live in the USA, it is nice and sunny (sol ) and the temperature was nice. It was basante frío last week but now it's in the 70's ^^

messenger? well, my mom does not allow me to download the messenger into my computer, like Yahoo Messenger and MSN. I understand that if we do have a messenger, we can chat and learn from each other. I'll see what I can do. But I cannot guarantee that my mom will let me chat with you. My mom does not let me chat with strangers.
