You might find in the Midlands (near Birmingham) that "shake" is pronounced more like "shoik"
In Liverpool, more like "sheik"

1. "Puedo reservar una mesa para dos personas a las ocho"
2. "Puedo hacer una reservación para dos personas a las ocho"

Or some other way?
