It's used by my relatives a lot. When I ask them what it means, they kind of exchange knowing glances, but refuse to tell. They usually use it when referring to a person, if that helps.

Can I get some insight into a translation for the phrase, ¿Como largo vas hacer? Translates to, por favor? I think it means something along the lines of " How pompous?" Or how big something or other....
