Interesting... I only knew "celosía" as a wall made of perforated bricks.

The dictionary gives 'lattice/latticework' as the translation of celosía. A lattice can be made out of wood, plastic or aluminum/metal, laid in criss-cross fashion, or out of bricks, where holes are intentionally inserted.
