Jabato
Sosia used the word jabato in the Football thread. I had never heard it before and I wasn't able to find a lot of reliable info about it on the web. What does it mean and when can you use it? You can pretty much deduce what it means from the context, but I'd like to hear what the native speakers say, or any other info others can find. Thanks!

jabato is a young "jabali" (boar, wildboar).
So it's a person who inherits his features: young, powerfull, brave, fierce, and pincipally, difficult to catch when it's cornered. There was a comic whose main character was called so el jabato saludos Last edited by sosia; July 01, 2008 at 09:22 AM. Reason: Added brave because Gemma sugested ^_^ |
