A possible clinical term is "sleep debt".

What about "the cumulative effect of an increasingly feeling of tiredness based on the objective reality of not having had enough sleep"?

Would that be concise enough?

And how do you use "sleep debt".
In Spanish we say " Estoy roto, tengo un cansancio acumulado.

A more common term than sleep debt is sleep deprivation. An example of how the term is used is: mice show erratic behavior when they are deprived of sleep.
Driving under the effects of sleep deprivation is said to be even more dangerious than than driving under the influence of alcohol.

El cansancio acumulado no tiene que estar causado necesariamente por la falta de sueño.

Por ejemplo, si un equipo de fútbol juega varios partidos seguidos:

El Madrid jugó mal por el cansancio acumulado en los últimos partidos.

Perhaps there was no sleep debt, they were just tired.

A translator gives: cumulative fatigue, accumulated tiredness, piled up weariness. Are they OK?

The first two seem OK, but lose the third option.
