CHORIQUESO!!!!!!!!!!! It is AMAZING!!!!! It is made with bits of cheese mixed in with the meat with which the sausage is stuffed. MMMmmmmmmm..... When you grill it with the other meats for asado, the cheese gets all melted inside the casing and when you cut into it, you get the delicious chorizo ... AND the hot, melted cheese. MMmmmmmmmmmmm.........

Oh - and no, I've never had asado here. But maybe I can find some if I find what's called a "Brazilian Steakhouse"....

Wow, words reach it's limits when trying to describe this sensation, I can only answer with:


Maybe in the supermarket I can find "chorizo con quezo", there is "chorizo con morrón", "chorizo con cebolla", etc, but I never buy meat so I don't know :P

I don't eat too much meat, so I don't buy it for me. I only eat in others people house. (and I frequently eat in others people house =P)
It's delicious, but I feel a lot much.. "lucid"? without eating too much of it. And I like more other kinds of food. (other kinds, or others kinds, or others kind?)

Laepelba, creo que te hayas equivocado en corregir UEA a US y que deba ser UAE (United Arab Emirates). Pues, claro, es un país musulmán así que ahí no hay chorizo. En EEUU sí. Cuando fui a Omán para visitar a ciertos amigos me dijeron que trayera longanizas porque los no-musulmanes las podían llevar para consumpción personal.

PD No conozco el choriqueso pero suena fantástico.

I'm sorry - I thought that since he was writing to me, he meant the US. It didn't even occur to me that he'd ask about the United Arab Emirates... I've never been there, so I can't answer to that question.

laepelba is right, I was refering to United States of America but I don't know how came to my mind "Estate" instead of "State"(maybe because of "Estados")

As far as I know, parrilla = grill -> especially this grill

about the "lucid" stuff, I prefer to not start talking about that, but it has to be with the great hability of meat to befuddle you. (in comparison with someone that eats healthy -without too much meat)
But I don't give this too much atention, I just don't buy it, but I eat it in empanadas and sandwichs (jam), for example

Try to find an Argentinian or Chilean restaurant in your town and ask for a "parrillada"

We don't have choriqueso pero sí choripan.
