the "CS" categorization is pretty widespread i find in north american english; so much so that i've heard it used emphatically at any number
of board meetings, despite the vulgar reference. in addition to possibly cowardly behavior, it is descriptive of persons who are petty, smallminded, overly defensive...you name it for crummy insults. hermit
