"Hace mal tiempo, hace frío, viento y nieva." ?

"The weather is bad, it's cold, windy and it's snowing."
Does that translate into this?
"Hace mal tiempo, hace frío, viento y nieva. "


(This is meant to be spanish for spain)

with "hay viento" is OK. I'd rather say "Hace un tiempo horrible: está muy frío, ventoso, y además nieva".
