Muro de contención.
Even if it's all metal, like the one in the photo. We don't use any of the ones in the list. (At least I don't know anyone using them, maybe in other regions). By the way, a "barandilla" (or "barandal") in Mexico, is the one a person holds on to when climbing stairs or a ramp.

@Pino: Yo no lo había oído pero, efectivamente, el término se utiliza bastante en medios informativos, entonces no es sólo de Puebla, sino muy probablemente se dice así en gran parte del país.

Mira Angélica,
que en Italia existen los muros de contención pero son para separar una carretera de la otra. Una carretera de ida y vuelta, digamos. Son hechos en cemento armado, son altos poco más de un metro y anchos unos veinticinco centímetros y están ubicados al centro de la carretera. A los bordes, en cambio, tienen la típica protección metálica. Saludos
