It means easily hurt by someone else's insensitive comments or actions. Is there a Spanish equivalent?

I'd use susceptible if the person feels hurt and reacts with anger or as if they were offended. And I'd use muy sensible or hipersensible if they rather react in a melancholic way.
Tomarse [algo] a pecho, or muy a pecho is equivalent to ser susceptible, and tomarse las cosas muy a pecho covers a wider range of reactions and sounds to me, in a general sense, like having thin skin
