Thanks, Sosia. I thought I saw a negative connotation here and there, but it seemed more positive. It's possible I misunderstood.

To me it's like.......

I would like it, now (can't wait for someting and the person is hoping for it now!)

BUT/NOW.......

When something is impossible to obtain, one usually laments oneself by saying.....

Ya me gustaría (without the additional ya)
