No tienes que ir a verla. = You don't have to go see her. (it's not necessary)
No tienes porqué ir a verla. = You have no reason/no right to go see her. / There's no reason for you to go see her. Porqué is a noun meaning reason, right, purpose, cause etc.

Using the subjunctive in the secondary clause indicates that you aren't sure. If you truly believe what you're stating, use the indicative. The rules governing the subjunctive are explained in several threads. It isn't always used after the conjunction que. ![]() |

No tienes porqué ir a verla.= If this translates as; You have no right to go see her., would it be right to consider it as prohibition, as well as from reason.

I will try to be accurate with my explain about it. The first one you are using the words (Que ir) Just in the second one you aren't using the (Que ir), therefore you are using the sentence ( Porque ir) You in both phrases are using different alternatives in the sentences. I hope you can understand me.
