Mire, mire las patas y tiene cara de ganar con estas patas. What does it mean?

I look, look with the feets and he have the face of win with that feets. I don't know really. What does it mean. But I tried to translate the phrase.

Me tiene loca. he/she drives me crazy (Me is femenine here)
Mire, mire las patas Look, look at the legs ("patas" is animal's leg) y tiene cara de ganar con estas patas. and it has the face to win with those legs. (something like "those legs give it a champion's face") saludos
