As of a few years ago... 15-20. On the streets of central California they commonly called it Mota and joint was leño.

For me pothead is un colgado o un drogata, both slang words and not very nice.
You can also say estar colgado, meaning to be high. To go cold turkey is estar con el mono. To OD is tomar una sobredosis.
