Afectada tristeza

Afectada tristeza

Me dicen por favor ,cuando alguien habla " con cierto tono de afectada tristeza" es decir que la trsiteza está exagerada ? sutil artificial sofisticada ? o digna decente ?

Estoy de acuerdo. También en inglés, "affected"

1. assumed artificially; unnatural; feigned: affected sophistication; an affected British accent.
2. assuming or pretending to possess that which is not natural: Her affected wealth and social pedigree are so obviously false that it's embarrassing.

Y Moliner nos da:
2 Aplicado a las personas, a su manera de hablar, gestos, actitudes, etc., falto de naturalidad; tal que busca producir efecto de cierta cosa, especialmente de distinguido, refinado o delicado: ‘No me gusta su tono afectado’. = Amanerado, estudiado.
