Me han contado un chiste que no entiendo:

¿En qué estado de EEUU está prohibido llevar un cucurucho de helado en el bolsillo?

En Kentucky.

This doesn't sound like a joke. I think it is one of the many odd state laws that are still on the books. A google search of strange american laws brings up loads of them.
