Internacional seguro que no. Yo diría que es intranacional, o más bien, infranacional. Sólo falta ver las letras de las cumbias villeras que usan el término.

Nunca había escuchado pata de lana como amante, para mí patas de lana significa alguien con las piernas débiles.

Por amante en Chile, se usa/usaba "el patas negras", no estoy seguro de porque se le llamaba así. Tampoco sé si en Argentina o Perú se usa/usaba también.

"a la pata la llana" es común, pero "pata de lana" lo desconocía...
