We say somebody has many complexes

or he has a chip on his shoulder
or he is a complete nut case ....

He has a lot of psychological issues?

He has a guilt complex, an inferiority/superiority complex and an Oedipus complex to the square root.

I admit this is a complex one.
But they always come to me too late, anyhow.
