My name is Virginia. I live in Florida but I was born in Colombia. The beautiful country of Colombia. I work with children with special needs.
I am still in the process of learning and improving my English skills. My friend "Pixter" told me about this site and I love it!!!!

You're right Jane! Mijos is a shortened form of mis hijos and yes, it's Colombian Slang, remember Colombia with an "o" not "u" It's how you would say hi to people you care for or you're close to....

"Que mas mijo/a" "Como esta mijo/a"
