A divot is a piece of dirt or sod (usually created when golfing). It has nothing to do with cuts of meat.
chicken fillet turkey fillet fish fillet Lamb and pork chops usually have a bone, since they are cut perpendicular to the spine. A cutlet is a thinner and smaller cut than a chop. It can also contain a bone, unless it is formed from pieces of meat (like a fish cutlet). |
