I can guess, but it will be interesting to see what Rusty finds.
I think chafadería is Spanglish for chafing
I think descuajaringado is somebody's word for uncoagulated (descoagulado) or separated like cream from skim milk when the milk is not homogenized.
I won't venture to guess what tejemanejes. Sometimes if you pay attention to the context you could figure out what the person means. What was the person talking about when they said tejemanejes.

Tejemaneje means commotion, bustle, or activity. Another meaning is a plot or scheme, as in plotting or scheming against someone.

Descuajaringado means busted, broken, or knackered (for our UK friends). A more popular synonym is escacharrado. Another meaning of descuajaringado is jiggered, as in I'll be jiggered if anybody shows up.

Unlike the other two, I can't find any hits on the Internet for chafadería. Are you sure this is the right spelling?

Without context I can't tell, but chafadería might be related to chafa. In Mexico, if something is chafa, it's of very low quality.

I just found it! It's a noun used like we would say 'a piece of junk' in English.

Tejemanejes also means goings-on, by the way.

You guys are amazing sleuths. Usually the words that I can't find in the dictionary have these types of meanings, so I don't worry too much about it. But it's good to know!

I only say words that come closer in Spain.
chafadería--> No idea.
We use chafardería, not well used because its Catalonian

chafardero, ra. (Del cat. xafarder).1. adj. Chismoso, cotilla. U. t. c. s.

So chafardear--> to gossip

descuajaringado -> descuajeringado

descuajeringado, da. (Del part. de descuajeringar).
1. adj. Am. Descuidado en el aseo y el vestir.

I also use it as Rusty says
