¿Quién sabe lo que se dice en español para decir 'wig out'?

It means to freak out, to flip, to go postal, to go crazy/be beside yourself, to be extremely excited.

Phrasal Verb:
wig out Slang To make or become wildly excited, enthusiastic, or crazy.

@Empanada: I think "soltarse el pelo" is widely understood in other countries, but I will let non-Mexicans tell you about it.

As for "greña", your dictionary is right, and this is a colloquial use for "hair".
