Estuve/estaba/he estado enfermo

Hola a todos:

Si todavía estás un poco enfermo, ¿en este contexto todos estos son posibles, por favor?

Dice: La semana pasada estuve/estaba/desde la semana pasada estoy/he estado enfermo. ¿De que me perdí?

"Estuve" y "he estado" no son correctos, porque la acción ya ha finalizado y dices que todavía estás un poco enfermo.

"Estaba" sería más correcto, pero tendrías que añadir que todavía estás enfermo, porque con sólo decir "la semana pasada estaba enfermo" no se entiende que lo estés todavía. Entonces podrías decir:

La semana pasada estaba enfermo y todavía no me encuentro muy bien/todavía tengo tos, fiebre, etc. ¿Qué me perdí?

Para mí, lo más correcto es:

Estoy enfermo desde la semana pasada. ¿Qué me he perdido?

¿Se puede decir así?

La semana pasada estaba/estuve enfermo, pero hoy me siento mejor. ¿De qué me perdí? (¿hace falta la "de"?)

¿Y la diferencia está en que con "estaba" llevas al oyente a esos momentos pasados cuando no te sentías bien y con "estuvo" simplemente lo dices como un hecho?

Si ahora te sientes bien, se puede decir "la semana pasada estaba/estuve enfermo, pero hoy me siento bien". ¿De qué me perdí?
¿La misma razón aquí?

He estado enfermo/estoy enfermo desde la semana pasada ¿son iguales?

Yes you can mix up them with the phrase you are describing us.


You can use the word Estaba, estuve,.

For example.
The last week I was sick during three days.
In English only I find a way to describe thus phrase.

But in the other you're right.

La última no es exactamente igual. "he estado" = might or might not be still sick. "estoy enfermo" = I am still sick.

But in the other you're right.
Espero que te sirvan estas correciones.

Last week I was sick/ill for three days=La semana pasada estaba/estuve enfermo durante/por tres días????? Both of these would be possible, right?

Just to confuse the issue, would you say "Llevo tres días enfermo la semana pasada" or "Llevé tres días enfermo....."

Llevo tres días enfermo. -> Today and the two days before.

Pasé/duré/estuve tres días enfermo la semana pasada. -> Three days during last week.

It all depends on the sentence. You can say:

La semana pasada estaba/estuve enfermo y no pude ir a clase.
La semana pasada estuve enfermo durante tres días (o estuve tres días enfermo).

El mes pasado estuve/estaba de vacaciones y no me enteré de que ibas a venir a la ciudad.
El mes pasado estuve de vacaciones en Brasil.
Cuando estaba de vacaciones, me puse enfermo.

Para mí el pretérito perfecto (he estado) es una acción reciente y acabada:

He estado enfermo durante unos días. Ya estoy bien.

Para mí, la semana pasada son muchos días y no usaría "he estado", aunque puede que sean variantes regionales.
