Ser parco en palabras
To be a person of few words To not be very talkative To be quiet To be reserved I think so, but it doesn't sound very natural to me personally.

I've heard "to be short of words" when one has an incapability to communicate with words what they want.
I'm short of words to tell you how scared I was. It was so beautiful, that I'm short of words to describe what it was like. ![]() "Ser parco" is rather voluntary.
